1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Gold Party 2 – After Hours (the “Game”) is operated by NSUS Malta LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in Malta with its registered office at Level 1, Tower Business Centre, Tower Street, Swatar, Birkirkara BKR 4013, Malta. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and us and govern your access to and use of the Game and the website at financechanged.com (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you confirm that you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

2. The Game is free social entertainment, not gambling

The Game is a free-to-play, demo-style social game provided for entertainment purposes only. It does not offer, promote, or facilitate real-money gambling of any kind, and it does not provide casino services. No wagers of money or anything of monetary value are placed, accepted, or held by us at any time.

The Game does not award, and you cannot obtain through the Game, money, cryptocurrency, merchandise, vouchers, sweepstakes entries, or any other prize or benefit having real-world value. There are no withdrawals and no cash prizes. Practice or success at social casino gaming does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

3. Virtual coins

Virtual coins, chips, spins, and any other in-game items (“Virtual Items”) are a functional part of the Game and exist only inside it. Virtual Items:

• have no monetary value and are not a currency, deposit, credit, stored value, or property of any kind;
• cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, exchanged for money, transferred to another user, sold, or redeemed for prizes or benefits of real-world value;
• are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use within the Game and remain our property;
• may be granted, adjusted, expired, or removed by us, and may be lost if your account is closed.

You acquire no ownership right in any Virtual Item, and we owe you no compensation of any kind for Virtual Items that are lost, adjusted, expired, or removed.

4. The Game is provided free of charge

Access to the Game is free. There are no purchases, deposits, subscriptions, or payments of any kind, and we do not request payment card details. If we introduce optional in-game purchases in the future, we will update these Terms and disclose the purchase terms before any purchase can be made.

5. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 19 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. The Service is not directed at, and must not be used by, anyone under 19. We may request proof of age at any time and may suspend or close an account where we are not satisfied that the age requirement is met.

6. Welcome bonus and in-game bonuses

New accounts receive a one-time grant of 2,000 virtual coins. Additional bonuses, including daily coin bonuses, may be offered from time to time. All bonuses are limited to one per person, per household, and per device, are granted in Virtual Items only, and are subject to the following: they carry no monetary value, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged, and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn by us at any time. We may withhold or reverse any bonus where we reasonably believe it was obtained through duplicate accounts, automation, or other abuse.

7. Your account

You may hold one account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us at NSUSMalta@protonmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. You may close your account at any time by contacting us or by using the account settings on the Service.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service if you are under 19; create more than one account or use another person’s account; use bots, scripts, automation, emulators, or modified clients; exploit bugs or manipulate game results; attempt to sell, buy, or transfer accounts or Virtual Items; reverse engineer, copy, or scrape the Service; interfere with its operation or security; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we suspect fraud or abuse, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination your right to use the Service and any Virtual Items ends immediately.

10. Intellectual property and third-party content

The Service, including its software, game mechanics, text, and our own graphics, sounds, and trade marks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own entertainment. All other rights are reserved.

Certain game titles, artwork, sounds, and trade marks that appear on the Service belong to third parties and are used under licence from their respective owners for social, non-wagering use. Those trade marks remain the property of their owners, and their appearance on the Service does not transfer any right in them to you. We are an independent operator of a free social game and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any real-money gambling operator, casino, or licensing authority.

11. Third-party links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, including links placed under commercial arrangements. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement. Our commercial arrangements do not change how the Service works or what it offers. 12. Availability and changes to the Service

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including the Game and Virtual Items, at any time. Where the Game is provided under a third-party licence, it may be withdrawn when that licence ends.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, for loss of data, or for the loss of Virtual Items. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of Malta, and nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country or province of residence.

14. Responsible play

The Game is intended as entertainment. If your play stops feeling like entertainment, our Responsible Play page sets out warning signs, the self-limitation tools available on the Service, and free confidential support services in Canada.

15. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version at financechanged.com/terms with a new effective date and, where the change is material, notify registered users by email or by notice on the Service before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law, disputes, and provider details

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country or province of residence, and does not prevent you from bringing proceedings before the courts of your place of residence where applicable law gives you that right. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
